Nihon Superior continues to expand its soldering products based upon the benefits of SN100C lead-free solder, now in its 17th year of high volume production, with SN100CV P506 no-clean solder paste. The SN100CV alloy gains its strength from solute Bi atoms in the tin matrix and the unique P506 flux medium provides the ability to survive long-term storage at room temperature. Newly developed lead-free die attach Alconano Nano-Silver paste, a patented technology with low sintering temperature as a replacement for high lead solders is also available. (less)
