GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE IS REQUIRED for all companies exhibiting at WPPI. As stated in your Exhibitor Space Contract, all exhibitors are required to secure and maintain insurance from move-in through move-out that covers you from liability in case of an accident. WPPI does not provide any type of insurance coverage for your booth structure and materials. Please click here for more information on coverage requirements and amounts.
If you have not yet secured insurance for this time period, your regular insurance provider can usually create a rider or floater for the show dates. Otherwise, we advise that you reach out to our preferred provider, Marsh Insurance, who can help you secure insurance. Please note that Emerald Expositions should be the certificate holder and you are also required to list all other subsidiaries as additionally insured over the dates of WPPI (March 5 – March 10) including move in/out.
Once you have secured insurance coverage for the event, upload a copy of your insurance certificate for our records by clicking here. The deadline to upload your insurance form is February 8th. Please note, if you secure insurance through Marsh, you still must upload a copy of your insurance certificate via the link above.
