Welcome to the first Exhibitor Update for WPPI 2016. We hope that these emails keep you up-to-date on approaching deadlines, important exhibitor resources, show features, promotional opportunities and more as you plan for a successful show.

Here you can download vendor order forms* for items and services your company may need at the show. You can also order online via Freeman Online. PLEASE NOTE: You will receive the BEST RATES for furnishings and accessories if you order everything via Freeman Online and by February 12, 2016.

PLEASE NOTE: Overtime charges for labor and material handling will apply Monday through Friday from 5:00 pm to 8:00 am and all day on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Please refer to the appropriate order form(s) for rates.

The WPPI Expo is Not Affiliated with Global Housing.
We want to warn exhibitors to exercise caution with respect to solicitations from companies claiming to be affiliated with WPPI. It has recently come to the attention of WPPI's management team that exhibitors have been subject to solicitous emails and calls on behalf of an unofficial Las Vegas service/housing bureaus and businesses using the WPPI name. WPPI has and will not sell, rent and/or distribute our exhibitors' contact information and does not approve of these institutions using the WPPI name.
EXIBITOR GUEST INVITE PROGRAM
Each exhibitor will receive five (5) Conference Full Platform passes, valued up to $399. These 5 passes can be used by members of your staff or be sent to your most important clients. In addition, you may extend an unlimited number invitations to attend the Expo Only as your complimentary guest. WPPI has partnered with Exhibitor Invites to provide a tool and support services that will enable you to create your own customized email that promotes your brand and includes an invitation for your guests to register online with a special link and receive a FREE 3-day Expo Pass, a $35 value.

WPPI 2016 PLANNER
The WPPI Planner is a free online resource designed to help pre-registered attendees learn about exhibitors participating at the show. Attendees use the interactive tool to search and find exhibitors based on categories that match to their needs and interests for photography products & services.
Your online profile includes:
- company description and contacts
- link to your Facebook account
- inclusion on interactive floor plan
- selection for up to 5 product categories
- upload up to 3 press releases with no fee
- option to enter booth event/show specials to attract attention
- view attendees that have visited your exhibitor profile
Login to the WPPI Planner here and update your online exhibitor profile. Be sure to select your product categories to enable the interactive matching feature to identify pre-registered attendees that have selected the same products and services that your company offers. And, you have the option to opt-in to receive emails/appointments from these registered attendees.
Information from your online profile will be referenced in your exhibitor listing and printed in the show directory distributed to all WPPI attendees. Deadline for inclusion into the printed show guide is January 20, 2016. Be sure to update your company profile before this date.
