The 2026 Supplier Showcase takes place in the Palazzo Ballroom on the 5th floor of the Venetian Expo on Monday, January 19, and Tuesday, January 20.
This application is for NEW EXHIBITORS for the 2026 Supplier Showcase . If you are a returning Exhibitor from the 2025 Supplier Showcase, please contact Show Management at [email protected] for your renewal link.

Only companies with a product or service that is affiliated with or desires to serve the Shooting, Hunting, Outdoor or Law Enforcement industries as a supplier will be accepted. Approval is subject to Show Management's review, and will be determined at its sole discretion. Upon approval, Show Management will notify you and send an invoice for the requested exhibit space.

Supplier Showcase Booth Package

Supplier Showcase Booth Package is $5,000 and $600 per corner. NSSF Supporting and Associate Members receive a $500 discount.

To qualify for the NSSF member discount, the Exhibitor must be a Patron, Supporting or Associate Member in good standing of NSSF. Deadline to become a member and receive member discount for the SHOT Show is August 1, 2025.

Included in your booth package:

  • 8'x6' Exhibit Space
  • 6' table, two chairs, wastebasket and 7" x 44" identification sign at the Supplier Showcase
  • Two registrations for both the Supplier Showcase and the SHOT Show
  • Additional badges for both Supplier Showcase and the SHOT Show at a discounted rate
  • SmartApp Lead Retrieval App
  • Electrical (5amps)
  • Lunch for up to 2 booth personnel on Monday and Tuesday
  • Listing in Supplier Showcase Directory, SHOT Show Directory, Mobile App, and Show Planner
  • SHOT Marketing Package
  • One-year membership to Supplier Wire

Payment Schedule

  • Twenty Five Percent (25%) Initial Deposit due with application.
  • On or before April 7, 2025, at least Fifty Percent (50%) of booth space costs must be paid.
  • On or before August 1, 2025, any remaining balance due on booth space must be paid.

Supplier Showcase Booth Selection Procedures

New Supplier Showcase exhibitors will be assigned by NSSF membership status in order of payment received. For companies that submit the rental agreement with payment by March 1, 2025, booths will be assigned during space selection in the spring.

For rental agreements and payment received after March 1, booths will be assigned in order of payment received after initial Space Selection.

Terms & Conditions

Effective following Exhibitor’s following Exhibitor’s application approval and assignment of booth space, through April 7, 2025, Show Management shall retain 25% of the booth fee of each space canceled, as liquidated damages.

Beginning April 8, 2025, through August 1, 2025, Show Management shall retain 50% of the booth fee of each space canceled, as liquidated damages.

No refunds are given after August 1, 2025, for any reason whatsoever, even if the Show is sold out.
