Effective following Exhibitor’s following Exhibitor’s application approval and assignment of booth space, through April 7, 2025, Show Management shall retain 25% of the booth fee of each space canceled, as liquidated damages.
Beginning April 8, 2025, through August 1, 2025, Show Management shall retain 50% of the booth fee of each space canceled, as liquidated damages.
No refunds are given after August 1, 2025, for any reason whatsoever, even if the Show is sold out.
