Included in Booth Rate:

  • Carpet – Standard 13 oz. BLACK carpet is included for inline booths only. No carpet is included for island or peninsula booths.
  • Booth Cleaning – vacuuming on evening of June 25
  • Booth Draping – Backwall and side curtains where appropriate identification
  • Sign – 7”x44” single line sign
  • Registration Credentials – Two (2) registrations for the first 100 sq. ft.; One (1) registration for each additional 100 sq. ft.
  • Program Listing – includes company, booth number, address; e-mail, website and category listing in up to 6 product categories.
  • Website Link – Your company will be listed on the show website, www.sfpaexpo.com with a direct link to your website.
  • Enter your preferred booth size in the boxes below, then list all preferred exhibit space(s). If your space selections have been allocated, Expo will assign what it considers to be the best space available.

    Payment/Cancellation, Terms and Conditions

    Payment - a 50% deposit is required with contract. Final payment for all reserved booth space must be received by February 1, 2019. Any reservations taken after that date will require full, immediate payment.
    We understand this application becomes a binding contract when accepted by the Forest Products Machinery and Equipment Exposition. We agree to abide by the General Information, Exhibitor Contract Terms and Conditions, rules listed in the Exhibitor Service Manual, and regulations adopted by FPMEE in accordance with the terms herein. We understand that all deposits/final payments are non-refundable.
