SILVER STAG is a line of 100%-American-made knives that feature high-carbon tool steel blades, with antler or hardwood built into the design. The company uses raw sheets of D2 and 1095 carbon tool steels to craft the blades, and every knife is ground, assembled, polished and sharpened by hand. The small Pacific Northwest company also forges its own 200-layer, high-carbon Damascus steel, and recently designed and engineered a new line of pocket knives. SILVER STAG has been awarded by the NRA, RMEF and NWTF Knife of the Year programs. The company also builds knives for Ruger and Cabela’s. (less)
