Space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The sooner we have information the sooner we can promote your events.

Promotional Deadlines: December 16, 2015 - Final program and May 5, 2016 - Mobile App (updates & changes)

Restricted Times: Saturday, May 14 – Wednesday May 18 - 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. (if event is over 25 people)

Notify Mairi Ferguson at mferguson@aapa.org of any changes. Events/meetings submitted after December 16, 2015 will not be included in the printed program. However, will be available in the online conference scheduler and in the AAPA mobile app.
Events and meetings held at the convention center or the headquarters hotel will be printed in the final program. Non-AAPA sponsored events held off-site may be listed in the online conference scheduler and the AAPA mobile app provided they are not in conflict with AAPA sponsored events. Non-AAPA events held off-site will not be printed in the final program.

- 8 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. - Assembly of Representatives (AOR)

- 9:30 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. - House of Delegates (HOD)

- 4 - 5:30 p.m. - Opening General Session

- Alumni Night (Alumni groups are encouraged to host Alumni events on Saturday evening)

Sunday, May 15

- 8 a.m. - Noon; 1 - 6 p.m. - CME Sessions

- 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. - Assembly of Representatives (AOR)

- 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. - House of Delegates (HOD)

- 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. - CO Leadership Forum with Awards Presentation

- 7 p.m. - Challenge Bowl

- CO Night (COs are encouraged to host CO events on Sunday night)

Monday, May 16

- 8 a.m. - Noon; 2 - 6 p.m. - CME Sessions

- 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. - House of Delegates (HOD)

- 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. - Exhibit Hall

- 4 - 7 p.m. - Memorial Ceremony and Reception presented by the Veterans Caucus of AAPA

- 6 p.m. - Lonestar Live: FUNdraiser Benefiting your PA Foundation

Tuesday, May 17

- 8 a.m. - Noon; 2 - 6 p.m. - CME Sessions

- 9 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. - Exhibit Hall

Wednesday, May 18

- 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. - CME Sessions
